KeySummaryDescription
IBALDEV-6237Hub: Rename “consignments” to “orders” and “loads” to “routes”Within Geo2 Hub, "consignments" have been renamed to "orders" and "loads" to "routes" to make the language simpler and user-friendly.
IBALDEV-6236Hub: Route building - consider vehicle dimensions for route optimization with/without time windowsWhen you select orders and press the Route building button, the system checks available vehicles in your environment and assigns them to newly created routes. These routes are then automatically optimized, either considering or ignoring consignment time windows.
With this update, route optimization also takes into account vehicle dimensions such as height, width, length, and gross weight based on the values set in Environment settings. The system generates the most efficient routes to avoid bridges with height restrictions, narrow roads unsuitable for wider vehicles, or areas with weight limits that could affect the selected route.
Learn more about Hub: AI Route Building.
IBALDEV-6397Hub/API: Add Stop duration field to an orderYou can now set the stop duration time in minutes manually within an order, through import in Hub, or via your integration with the Geo2 API. As always, the planned stop duration will be displayed on a stop card on Route plan and Map view pages. If you edit the value, the updated duration will also appear inside the order. By default, if no specific value is provided, the system will use the stop duration set in Environment settings → Routes → Stop duration.
IBALDEV-6290Hub: Consider routes for displaying POD icons on stop cardsWhen a POD is created for an order in the mobile app, its status is displayed on the stop card on Route plan page in Hub. Clicking on the POD icon allows you to view its details. Now, only POD's associated with the current route will be shown on Route plan page. This means that if a POD was created for this stop as part of another route or before being assigned to any route, it will not appear in the current route view. However, all POD's for a specific order you can still find on Orders page.

Hub: Email verification and password change using a one-time codeIf you register an account with your email and password, you can verify your email address using a one-time code instead of an activation link. Simply check your inbox for the verification code, copy and paste it into the form, and click Continue. Once verified, you will be redirected to set up your organization.
If you need to sign in but have forgotten your password, enter your email address, and we will send you a verification code. Copy and paste the code into the form and click Continue. After verifying your email, you can set a new password and sign in to Geo2 Hub.
IBALDEV-6372Hub: Send failed POD emails to "Fixed recipients" even though sending of emails is disabled inside an orderYou can enable the sending of failed POD emails in Environment settings → POD notifications to both consignees and fixed recipients, such as managers, who can then plan to resend the failed order for the next day. Additionally, you can toggle the option to send POD notifications to consignees directly within an order. Learn how to turn on/off notifications for a specific consignee.
Even if POD emails are disabled for consignees in the order, fixed recipients will still receive failed POD emails.
IBALDEV-6371Hub: Send emails to "Fixed recipients" for a Partially successful POD statusFor “Partially successful” POD status, failed POD template from Environment settings → POD notifications is used to send POD notifications. These emails will also be sent to "Fixed recipients" if they have been configured in Environment settings.

Hub: Highlight auth providers in colour and Sign in button, remove Resend email button, remove First and Last name fields on Registration page
Hub: Highlight auth providers in colours and Registration button, move Forgot password button on Sign in page
On Sign in and Registration pages, Google, Microsoft, and Apple authorization options are now highlighted in color for easier access. You can use these to quickly sign in to Hub or register your account. Additionally, first and last names are now optional fields and are no longer required for account registration.
IBALDEV-6303Hub: Make environment selection optional during user invitationWhen inviting users to your organization, you are no longer required to select environments at this stage. You can first invite users to your organization, and then later go to Environment settings → Users to add the necessary users to your environment(s).
IBALDEV-6239Mobile app: Rename “consignments” to “orders” and “loads” to “routes”Within the mobile app, "consignments" have been renamed to "orders" and "loads" to "routes" to make the language simpler and user-friendly.
IBALDEV-5715Mobile app: Route additional users as participantsPreviously, the Participants field was added to Geo2 Hub and the API for route planning, allowing up to 2 additional users to be assigned to a route in addition to the driver. Learn more about adding route participants in Hub.
This functionality is now available in the mobile app. If you have permission to create and modify routes, you can add participants on Create/Edit route pages. While the driver retains the ability to start and complete a route, participants will have access to a route to check the list of stops and create proof of deliveries (POD's) for them. For route tracking, only the main driver’s geolocation will be displayed in Hub. However, for POD's, the geolocation of the user who records it will be captured (either the driver or participant).
IBALDEV-6123Mobile app: Apply logic about route optimization with time windows and optimization/calibration with vehicle restrictionsUnder the Actions button on Route plan page, you will now find the new "Optimize with time windows" option if you have permission to modify routes. It becomes available when at least 1 order in the route has "Required from" and/or "Required to" times set. By pressing it, the system will generate the most efficient route, factoring in time windows to help reduce costs and save time. You can still use "Optimize without time windows" for standard optimization based only on distance and traffic. Also, if vehicle dimensions (Gross weight, Height, Width, and Length) are set in Environment settings → Vehicles, the system will factor in vehicle restrictions to avoid height-limited bridges, narrow roads, or weight-restricted areas when optimizing routes either with or without time windows. Learn more about optimization with time windows.
IBALDEV-6022Mobile app: Record actual stop duration using manual confirmationIf the "Record actual stop duration" checkbox is enabled in Environment settings → Devices, the Record departure button will appear on each Stop details page in the mobile app. Pressing it changes the button to Record arrival and enables the Create POD option. You can create a proof of delivery and then press Record arrival. The time difference between these actions is recorded as the actual stop duration.
If you select multiple stops on Route plan page and press the Record departure and Record arrival buttons, the stop duration will be saved for each stop. In the upcoming 2.35 Hub release, this recorded stop duration will be displayed on stop cards on Route plan page, under the "Planned stop duration".
If "Record actual stop duration" is disabled, these buttons will not be shown in the mobile app, and no changes will apply.
